Everything we sell is has been professionally graded in advance of site lising, should you have any disputes over the grading provided please contact us

Our Shipping Procedure

All goods are normally shipped within 2-5 days of receiving an order payment. Payment is not requested until the order is ready to dispatch. Payment is made by Paypal and we will release the items on receipt of payment. We keep items reserved for up to one month, after which time the order is canceled if no payment has been received.

NOTHING IS SENT OUT UNTIL FUNDS ARE CLEARED

Goods not received

We retain proof of any items purchased. Items sent by recorded delivery are insured up to £27, items sent by registered delivery are insured up to £2500.

We can claim back the value of any goods lost, up to the amount for which they are insured, and thus credit the customer this amount for lost items. Under any other circumstances (i.e. orders sent using standard first class post), losses in the post are beyond the control of us and credit cannot be offered.

Returns Policy

Goods with which customers are not satisfied can be returned up to one week after purchase/delivery, for an exchange, or for a full refund.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
